2nd Avenue South St. Pete Entry Pads

Entry pads on 2nd Avenue South sit on tight downtown-adjacent lots south of Central Avenue, often with an alley, a short setback, and a garage threshold that already holds water. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds those pads so the pavers meet the slab without a trip lip.

Staging is the constraint. We haul failed concrete out the alley when the street frontage is too narrow, and we keep the base depth honest even when the pad is only a few squares.

Older walks here were set on sand against a painted concrete step. We cut a clean joint at the threshold, compact the base, and pitch the pad to the alley or the street so rinse water does not sit at the door.

PaverForge Hardscapes builds entry pads, walks, and short drives on 2nd Avenue South from the St. Pete Beach shop. Call 727-490-9798 with photos of the threshold and the alley access.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
