31st Avenue South St. Pete Paver Approaches

31st Avenue South carries more drop-off traffic than the quieter side streets around it. Short approaches take daily turns, and shade from oaks keeps the bedding sand damp.

What the approach needs

We excavate the failed slab, compact base in lifts, and set 60mm or thicker pavers on the drive. The walk stays lighter traffic and can use a matching field with a darker border at the sidewalk.

Turn marks get a soldier course, not a thin field that scuffs through. If a cleanout or water meter sits in the approach, we set a flush ring so the utility stays reachable without lifting the field.

How to start

Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. A few photos of the approach, the sidewalk, and the low spot are enough to schedule a walk-through.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
