32nd Avenue South St. Pete Paver Walks

32nd Avenue South is a residential Lakewood street where the front walk, a short landing, and a side-yard pad often share one narrow strip. The trip point is usually the sidewalk joint.

Walk sequence

We match the sidewalk elevation, compact base over geotextile where the sand is loose, and keep the private walk from bridging the city joint. A cut border at a tree well lets the root zone move without heaving the field.

Side-yard pads for bins or a hose bib get a slight pitch to the yard, not back at the foundation. We do not seal while the shade is still holding moisture in the joints.

How to start

Call 727-490-9798 or use book-online. Photos of the walk, the sidewalk lip, and the side yard are enough for a same-day reply.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
