37th Street South St. Pete Patio Re-Levels

37th Street South cuts through the Lakewood and greater Pinellas Point approach in south St. Petersburg. Yards here are deeper than the beach cottages we see on St. Pete Beach, but the paver failures are the same: roots, irrigation overspray, and a base that was never compacted.

Patios and side walks

A lanai patio that slopes back to the slider is a repair, not a sealing job. We pull the low courses, correct the base grade, and reset the field so water leaves the house. Side-yard walks that heaved at a live oak get a root-side edge restraint and a joint that can be opened later without tearing the whole run.

Where a downspout dumps onto the patio, we add a splash detail or tie into an existing yard inlet instead of letting the joint sand wash out every summer. Polymeric sand goes in only after the field is locked and dry.

How to start

Call 727-490-9798 and tell us the block is 37th Street South. Photos of the slider threshold and the heaved edge help us say whether this is a partial re-level or a full base rebuild. Book online at paverforge.com/book-online.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
