41st Avenue North St. Pete Side Yards

41st Avenue North is a working residential street on the west side of St. Petersburg, closer to the Tyrone commercial edge than to the downtown grid. Side yards are the service aisle: condenser, hose bib, bins, and the path to a back gate. Grass there turns to mud by August.

Side-yard path, not a patio

These runs are usually 3 to 4 feet wide. PaverForge Hardscapes cuts a clean edge against the foundation, keeps a setback from the condenser so the fan can pull air, and pitches the path to the yard or a pop-up emitter rather than back at the stucco. A trapped drain is added only where the roof dumps into the same slot.

The base is compacted limestone screenings over fabric where the sand is loose. Edge restraint is spiked on the open side so the field does not creep into the lawn after the first mower season. We do not cover a septic lid or a cleanout; those stay accessible in a flush ring.

How to start

Call 727-490-9798 or book online. A photo down the side yard, plus the condenser and the gate, is enough to tell whether this is a path rebuild or a full re-level. PaverForge Hardscapes serves 41st Avenue North from the St. Pete Beach shop.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
