454th Street North Ozona Paver Walkways

Ozona is the older waterfront pocket west of Alt. US 19 in Palm Harbor. Lots on 454th Street North are often narrow, with a shell or gravel drive and a front walk that has to reach a raised porch without becoming a trench.

The walk is a drainage line

We set the walk so it does not dam the side yard. Cross-pitch sends water to the planted edge or a small channel, not onto the neighbor's shell. Steps at the porch are built to the existing riser, not to a catalog height that leaves a trip lip. Salt air off St. Joseph Sound means we specify concrete pavers that can be replaced from current stock, not a one-off stone we cannot match in five years.

Access

Crew access on these streets is tight. We plan haul-off and base delivery before we talk color. A walk that looks simple on a lot plan still needs compaction in lifts if the subgrade is beach fill.
