461st Street North Palm Harbor Side Yard Pavers
The side yard on 461st Street North is the working aisle: trash carts, the air conditioner, a hose bib, and a gate that has to open without scraping the new field. Most of these aisles are also the low side of the lot.
Clearance before pavers
We measure the gate swing and the condenser clearance before we talk pattern. The field stops short of the equipment pad so a technician can still pull a panel, and the hose bib gets a small splash collar so it does not wash the joint sand out every Saturday. Pitch follows the existing swale, not a level line off the house.
What we will not bury
Irrigation valves, cleanouts, and the AC disconnect stay reachable. Flush collars and a removable paver at each box cost less than a jackhammer later. On sandy fill we still compact aggregate in lifts. A pretty side yard on loose sand is a redo after the first summer.
Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online for a Palm Harbor side-yard walk. A phone photo of the gate and the condenser is enough to start.
