46th Avenue South St. Pete Courtyard Pavers

Courtyard pavers on 46th Avenue South sit between the house, a screen enclosure, and a side gate that has to stay usable. PaverForge Hardscapes sets those courts so shade settlement does not reopen the joints under the cage.

Most of these lots were poured as a small concrete pad, then capped. The cap rocks once the sand underneath washes toward the alley or the side yard. We remove the failed cap, compact a new base, and isolate the court from the house slab so the two do not grind.

Gate swings and hose bibs need a flush finish. We leave a clean edge at the screen door and pitch the field to a side-yard exit, not back at the lanai track.

Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 for a 46th Avenue South courtyard, or send photos through the book-online page. We serve this block from the St. Pete Beach shop along with Lakewood and Pinellas Point.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
