49th Street North Corridor Driveways in Pinellas Park
49th Street North Corridor Driveways in Pinellas Park
49th Street North runs through Pinellas Park and the west edge of St. Petersburg. Lots here take daily traffic, irrigation overspray, and summer storms. A thin sand bed under a pretty paver color will not last a year.
PaverForge Hardscapes installs and re-levels paver driveways along the 49th Street corridor from our St. Pete Beach shop. Call 727-490-9798 or book a walkthrough at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.
What this corridor actually needs
These are not barrier-island cottages. Most calls are two-car and three-car drives that settle at the apron, pond at the garage, or creep at the edge after the first wet season. We size the base for cars, pitch water to a working low point, and restrain the field so it does not walk.
Compacted aggregate base sized for driveway load, not a patio spec under tires
Positive pitch to the street, a drain, or a low point that already works
Edge restraint that stays put through heat and rain
Joint sand that locks after compaction instead of washing out
New fields and re-levels
If the existing stones are still sound, we re-level instead of tearing the field out. If the base was a thin sand bed, we excavate and rebuild. That decision happens on site, not from a catalog photo.
How to start a 49th Street quote
Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 or use the book-online page. Send photos of the surface, the low spots, and the street frontage. We typically reply the same business day and walk the lot before we lock a number.
