54th Avenue North St. Pete Side Yards

54th Avenue North side yards are often the only way to the backyard. A trash cart, an AC tech, and a gate that swings the wrong way all land on the same three-foot strip. Loose stone turns that strip into a rut.

PaverForge Hardscapes builds side-yard paver paths on 54th Avenue North that stay flush and drain off the house. Call 727-490-9798 or book at paverforge.com/book-online.

What we size on site

Width is the whole job. Too narrow and the cart climbs the edge restraint. Too wide and you lose the planting bed that keeps water off the foundation.

  • Path width for the cart and the gate swing, measured with the gate open

  • Pitch away from the stem wall, into a yard drain or the rear lawn

  • Flush collars at the AC pad and the hose bib so the tech is not standing in mud

  • Edge restraint that does not creep into the fence line

How to start

Send a photo down the side yard with the gate open. We will say whether a reset or a new path is the right job. Nearby courtyard work is on the 49th Avenue North post.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
