73rd Avenue South Pinellas Point Side Yards

On 73rd Avenue South the side yard is often the only path for trash carts, a pool vacuum, and the hose that reaches the equipment pad. Sugar sand and irrigation overspray turn that path into a rut. PaverForge Hardscapes sets a narrow paver pad on a compacted base, with a soldier edge so the field does not kick out into the planting bed.

Where the pad meets a downspout or an AC condensate line, we keep a flush splash so the water does not sit under the first course.

A path that still drains

  • Width for a cart, not a second driveway

  • Edge restraint against the fence and the planting bed

  • A flush splash where the condensate or downspout lands

PaverForge Hardscapes builds these pads from the St. Pete Beach shop. Call 727-490-9798 with a photo of the gate and the low spot.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
