75th Avenue South Pinellas Point Courtyards

75th Avenue South courtyards are small, shaded by oaks, and often the only outdoor room on the lot. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds the entry court on a compacted base, keeps the door threshold high enough for a storm, and pitches the field to a side drain instead of the garage.

Root heave shows up here before it shows up on the street. We cut the field around the tree, we do not pave over the flare.

A court that stays level

  • Threshold set above the court so rain does not enter the house

  • Tree-root cut and a restrained edge, not a sand overlay

  • A side drain or a flush channel so the court does not pond

Send a photo of the door, the tree, and the low corner. PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 will walk it before quoting.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
