79th Street North Commercial-Adjacent Drives in Pinellas Park

79th Street North in Pinellas Park mixes houses with small shops, warehouses, and lots that take a work truck after hours. A patio-grade paver section will rut at the throat if the same field also sees deliveries.

PaverForge Hardscapes builds commercial-adjacent drives on this street with an 80mm field where vehicles stack, a compacted crushed-concrete base, and an edge restraint pinned for turning loads instead of just lawn edging.

What changes vs a residential-only drive

We separate the house walk from the vehicle field so a delivery van does not roll across a thin decorative band. Joints get a sand or open-graded stone that matches the drainage plan, and we keep a darker soldier course at the throat where tire scuffs show first.

Utility lids, irrigation backflows, and fence posts often sit in the same pad. Those get grade rings and isolation so the field can move a little without breaking the fixture.

Talk through the section

Tell us whether the lot sees only passenger cars or regular work trucks. That one fact changes thickness and base. Call PaverForge at 727-490-9798.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
