87th Avenue South Pinellas Point Paver Driveways

87th Avenue South sits in the Pinellas Point grid south of 22nd Avenue South, a short walk from the bay and the mangrove edge. Lots are modest, oaks throw shade and roots, and afternoon storms dump water faster than a thin sand bed can take it. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds driveways, walks, and aprons on this block from St. Pete Beach.

What fails first on these lots

Most calls start at the apron, where the city sidewalk meets a settled driveway throat. Cars rock the first two courses, polymeric sand washes out, and the edge restraint lifts. Under live oaks, roots heave a ribbon of pavers even when the rest of the drive still looks flat.

  • Excavate the failed throat and reset a compacted crushed-concrete base

  • Hold slope away from the garage and toward a lawful discharge point

  • Cut a root-relief pocket only where an arborist says the tree can spare it

  • Reinstall a soldier border and edge restraint before new joint sand

We match the existing paver as closely as the yard can supply, then seal only after the joints have cured. Book a look at 87th Avenue South by calling 727-490-9798 or emailing PaverForge@gmail.com.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
