90th Avenue South Pinellas Point Driveway Aprons

90th Avenue South runs close enough to the point that high-tide weeks and heavy rain both show up in the swale. Aprons here take the hit when a sidewalk panel is replaced or a utility cut is patched with concrete that no longer matches the paver throat.

Apron work that respects the right of way

We locate the sidewalk joint, confirm where the private driveway starts, and rebuild only the paver portion unless the city concrete itself is the trip hazard. The new apron keeps a vehicle path that does not scrape, and the swale side gets a restrained edge so pavers do not migrate into the grass.

  • Compacted base under the first vehicle stop, not loose bedding sand

  • Edge restraint pinned before cars return

  • Color blend so a two-year-old field does not look patched

  • Drainage that still reaches the swale instead of the garage

Call PaverForge at 727-490-9798 for an apron look on 90th Avenue South. We work from St. Pete Beach across south St. Petersburg.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
