91st Avenue South Pinellas Point Pool Deck Pavers

91st Avenue South is deep in Pinellas Point, where several yards still carry an older pool inside a screen cage. Deck pavers cup near the coping, the cage track fills with sand, and the equipment pad sits an inch low so filter backwash splashes the field.

Deck repairs that leave the pool alone

We do not recut coping or open the shell. The work is the paver field: lift the settled band, rebuild the base, and reset a slight pitch away from the water. Equipment pads stay isolated so a pump can be swapped without tearing the deck.

  • Flush, not mortar-locked, transition at the coping

  • Cage-track recess that still drains

  • Isolated equipment pad with a service gap

  • Heat-conscious paver color where the deck is in full sun

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
