97th Avenue South Pinellas Point Driveway Aprons
97th Avenue South aprons take the sidewalk grind, the storm gutter, and the first car of the day. When the city raises a panel, the old paver throat ponds or leaves a lip. PaverForge rebuilds that right-of-way piece so it meets the sidewalk and ties back into the drive that is staying.
Right-of-way limits
We match the city joint, keep the cross-slope so water reaches the gutter, and do not bury a cleanout or a meter box. If the sidewalk is still moving, we say so before we lock the apron. The apron is 80mm paver on a compacted base, not a patio spec under tires.
