98th Avenue South Pinellas Point Patio Repairs

98th Avenue South is close to the end of the numbered grid before the point narrows. Patios here sit low, and a settled cage floor sends water at the slider. PaverForge lifts sound stone, rebuilds the base where it has washed, and resets the pitch.

Repair before a full tear-out

If the pavers are still sound, we re-level. If the edge restraint is gone or the base is mud, we cut out that bay and rebuild it. Joint sand is replaced after compaction, not sprinkled on a loose field. The low side still stops short of the seawall cap.
