Bayou Grande Paver Yards in Northeast St. Petersburg
Bayou Grande sits on the northeast side of St. Petersburg, between Riviera Bay and the Weedon Island side of Tampa Bay. San Martin Boulevard and the short canal fingers set the lot pattern: a modest front yard, a drive that has to turn tight, and a seawall or mangrove edge at the back.
What these canal lots actually do to pavers
Summer rain lands on the drive and has nowhere to go if the field is flat. A thin sand bed over sugar sand pumps out at the apron, and the first course walks toward the street. Oak and palm roots lift the same edge every wet season. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds the crushed-concrete base, sets about a two-percent pitch away from the house, and pins a salt-air edge restraint before the field goes down.
Seawall approaches and side-yard staging
Many Bayou Grande jobs also need a short walk to the dock or a flush lid over an irrigation valve that currently rocks in the drive. We cut those in so the lid sits level with the pavers, not proud of them. Staging stays on the lot when we can, because San Martin does not have room for a dumpster in the travel lane.

Photos of the low spot, the street frontage, and any utility lids are enough to start a quote.
