Belleair Causeway Approach Driveways and Waterfront Pads
The Belleair Causeway links Belleair Bluffs to Belleair Beach. Approach lots on both sides are narrow, tidal, and watched by neighbors who use the same two-lane bridge every afternoon. PaverForge Hardscapes builds paver driveways, dock approaches, and pool decks on those lots and stages the job so the bridge traffic keeps moving.
Waterfront section, not a patio section
These drives take boat trailers and guest parking after a Saturday on the beach. We use 80 mm interlocking units, a compacted crushed-concrete base, and a soldier or sailor course that can be lifted if a utility cut is needed later. Soft plastic edge is fine inland. On the Gulf side we switch to a restraint that does not rust into the sand.
Keep dock-box and fish-cleaning pads isolated from the main field so wash-down water does not stain the drive.
Pitch the field away from the house and the seawall cap.
Photograph property pins before excavation. Causeway lots are tight and easements are real.
Belleair Beach itself is a thin barrier island. We already write about gulf-lot pavers there. This page is the approach parcels and the Bluffs-side lots that share the causeway grade and the same storm drain.
Call 727-490-9798 or email PaverForge@gmail.com. Send a photo looking from the garage to the causeway and we will tell you whether the existing field can be re-leveled or needs a full base rebuild.
