Bonnie Bay Pinellas Park Paver Driveways
Bonnie Bay is a single-family subdivision in Pinellas Park, not an age-restricted golf community. Drives are short, lots are close, and the failure is usually a settled concrete slab over sand plus a sidewalk joint that has opened. PaverForge rebuilds the private drive and the apron approach from the St. Pete Beach shop.
Subdivision constraints
Staging is the hard part. A dumpster and a pallet of pavers have to sit without blocking the neighbor's drive or the mailbox. We confirm HOA work hours before the first cut if the association has them, and we protect irrigation heads along the side yard.
The base section is crushed concrete or lime rock in lifts, geotextile on pumping sand, and 80mm pavers in the tire path. Valve boxes, cleanouts, and the water meter get grade rings so they finish flush. A buried box is how a new drive gets cut up in year two.
Pitch and the quote
We pitch away from the garage, about two percent, and we match the sidewalk elevation instead of bridging a trip lip with a smear of mortar. Borders can be a darker soldier course so tire marks do not read as a stain.
Photos of the apron and any settled panels are enough to start. Call 727-490-9798, email PaverForge@gmail.com, or see https://www.paverforge.com/services.
