Brightwaters Boulevard NE loops through Shore Acres along the canals. The private walk from the street to the side door, and the path that continues toward the dock, takes salt spray, irrigation overspray, and a water table that rises after a west wind.

Coquina sand and shell fill do not lock pavers by themselves. We excavate, compact aggregate, and set the walk so stormwater leaves the field instead of sitting in the joints. A rigid edge keeps the first course from walking into the lawn or the seawall cap.
