Campbell Park and Midtown St. Pete Hardscapes

Campbell Park and Midtown sit just south and west of downtown St. Petersburg. Lots are compact. Side yards are often the only path for material. A new walk or courtyard has to respect that access or the install itself damages the property you are trying to improve.

PaverForge Hardscapes works these blocks from St. Pete Beach. We treat them as tight-lot jobs: smaller lifts of base, a clear dump plan, and a field that can be opened later if a section settles.

Typical Midtown work

  • Front walks that replace a heaved or patched slab

  • Small courtyards and side-yard sitting pads

  • Parking pads that still leave a legal approach

  • Repairs that match an existing paver color instead of a full tear-out

Access is the first measurement

If a skid steer cannot turn in the side yard, the quote has to include hand work and extra days. Pretending the lot is a wide suburban driveway is how a cheap number turns into a stalled job. We say that on the first visit.

Drainage still matters on a small court. Midtown clay and compacted fill hold water against the house if the pitch is lazy. We set fall away from the slab and add a drain only when the grade cannot carry the water to a legal outfall.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
