Clearwater Mall Storefront Walks and Parking-Adjacent Pads

Clearwater Mall sits at US 19 and Gulf-to-Bay. The lots around it are a different job than a mainland residential driveway: shared access, night watering, and a sidewalk that has to stay open while we work.

PaverForge Hardscapes stages these pads tight. We do not block a fire lane or a loading aisle to make the install easier.

What we actually build here

  • Short storefront walks that meet an existing slab without a trip edge.

  • Employee and overflow pads on a compacted base sized for daily cars.

  • Re-level of a field that still has life after the joints washed.

  • Night or off-hour staging when the property manager requires it.

Color is the last decision. Pitch, edge, and base come first. A dark field on this much asphalt heat is miserable by 2 p.m. if you also picked a joint that cannot drain.

How to start

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
