Cobbs Landing Waterfront Walks and Driveways in Palm Harbor

Cobbs Landing is a small Lake Tarpon-adjacent pocket in Palm Harbor. Groundwater moves with the lake. Fine sand and organic pockets sit under a lot of the existing slabs. A pretty surface on a weak base fails at the waterline first.

PaverForge Hardscapes builds walks, patio tie-ins, and short drives here with geotextile over wet soils, crushed-concrete compacted in thin lifts, and pinned salt-tolerant edge restraint where the lot sees spray off the water.

Pitch and bulkhead tie-ins

Fields pitch off the house toward a designed outfall, never toward a seawall cap or slider track. Where a walk meets a bulkhead or dock approach we isolate the hardscape from the wall so seasonal movement does not telegraph into the paver joints.

Call 727-490-9798 or email PaverForge@gmail.com to walk a Cobbs Landing lot before we lock a number.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
