Coffee Pot Boulevard NE St. Pete Aprons
Coffee Pot Boulevard follows the bayou in northeast St. Petersburg. Driveways drop from a raised lot to an older street edge, and the apron is the piece that fails first: the throat settles, the city side heaves, and water sits in the cut after a king tide or a hard rain.
Apron work, not a full driveway by default
PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds the throat on a compacted base and holds the private field back at the right-of-way joint so a later city mill does not orphan the pavers. The apron is pitched to the street gutter, with a thicker border course where tires turn. We do not cover a water meter or a storm inlet.
If the private drive above the apron is still sound, we match the existing paver and stop at a clean saw cut. If the field above is rocking, the quote includes the re-level so the apron is not the only locked piece on a moving base.
Start an apron quote
Send a photo of the street joint and the first 10 feet of drive to 727-490-9798. PaverForge Hardscapes replies the same business day and walks Coffee Pot Boulevard before pricing. Right-of-way rules stay with the city; we build the private side to meet them.
