Cross Creek Paver Yards in Palm Harbor

Cross Creek is a Palm Harbor community on the East Lake side of north Pinellas. Lots here are sandy, yards are often tight between the house and the preserve edge, and summer rain needs a place to go that is not the lanai.

Side yards that still stage a job

Access is usually a side gate, not a wide front apron. We plan pallet drops, plate-compactor passes, and a construction entrance so the lawn and irrigation heads survive the job. The finished court is pitched to a swale or pop-up, with a heel-proof drain only where a slider would otherwise take the water.

Drive throat and the East Lake rain pattern

A Cross Creek drive should crown or fall to one side so water does not sit in the tire paths. We rebuild the private throat to meet the existing apron, and we leave cleanout and valve boxes flush so they are not buried in the new field.

  • Crushed-concrete base in lifts, not a single dumped layer

  • Pinned edge restraint on the long side-yard run

  • Optional permeable strip where the lot sheet-flows toward a neighbor

PaverForge Hardscapes covers Cross Creek and the rest of Palm Harbor. Call 727-490-9798.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
