Palm Harbor lots often hide a soft pocket under a dry-looking surface. We proof-roll, undercut muck, and build the crushed-concrete base in lifts. Geotextile separates sugar sand from the base so the first rainy week does not pump fines into the bedding.

Side-load garages need a turning apron, not a straight stack of pavers. We widen the throat on the private side of the sidewalk and keep the flare off the neighbor's irrigation. 80 mm pavers in herringbone hold the turn better than a running bond.
