Curlew Road Corridor Driveways from Dunedin to Palm Harbor

Curlew Road ties Dunedin to Palm Harbor through a mix of older ranch lots, newer infill, and small commercial frontage. PaverForge Hardscapes builds driveways along that corridor where the lot falls toward the street, a swale, or a neighbor's fence.

What Curlew lots typically fight

Many parcels here sit on sugar sand with a shallow water table after summer rain. A driveway that is only screeded sand over native soil will dish in the wheel paths by the second wet season. We excavate to a planned depth, place geotextile when the subgrade is pumping, and compact crushed base in lifts you can proof-roll.

HOA boards along this stretch often want a sample panel and a color that already exists on the street. We photograph adjacent drives, pull current pallet lots, and note edge and border rules before we order.

Utilities and the public apron

Irrigation mains, reclaimed lines, and cable often cross the apron. We locate before excavation and set cleanout and meter boxes flush so a lid is not a trip or a mower strike. The public-side apron is finished to the grade the right-of-way already holds, not to a crown that dumps water onto the sidewalk.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
