Dunedin Causeway Hardscapes toward Honeymoon Island
The Dunedin Causeway is a different job than downtown Dunedin. Lots face wind, salt spray, and one road in and out. If a truck blocks the lane, you hear about it. PaverForge Hardscapes stages these jobs like a beach lot: short loads, a real base, and an edge that does not float.
Salt and wind on the approach
Use a paver body that does not bleach out in a season of Gulf air.
Keep polymeric sand off the first rain after a sloppy install — joints have to be dry and the edge locked.
Pitch away from the house even when the lot leans toward the water.
Do not hide a failed slab under an overlay just because access is tight.
Access without shutting the causeway
We plan dump and material so the neighbor can still get a car past. That matters more here than on a mainland cul-de-sac. If the city or park service has a window on the approach road, we work inside it.
What we will not sell you
A decorative overlay on rotten base is a one-storm product. If the existing concrete is pumping sand, we excavate. If you only need a walk repaired, we match the field instead of ripping the whole driveway for a brochure photo.
