Dunedin Estates Neighborhood Driveways
Dunedin Estates lots near the Trail and downtown
Dunedin Estates sits just off Skinner Boulevard and the Pinellas Trail, close enough to downtown that weekend visitors park on the apron and trail users cut the corner of the front walk. Those lots take more turning-radius abuse than a quiet cul-de-sac. We spec 80mm units on a compacted crushed-concrete base so the field can take that load without the mid-drive dip that shows up in old slabs after two wet seasons.
Staging is the other constraint. Trail-adjacent streets do not want pallets in the path or mud tracked onto the shared walk. We night-load when the HOA or city window requires it, protect sod with access mats, and keep the saw station on the driveway field instead of the parkway.
What gets rebuilt with the drive
Walks from the new field to a heaved city sidewalk without a trip edge
Front-stoop isolation from the house slab after impact-window sill work
Flush irrigation valve boxes so the mower does not catch a lid
Trail-side edge restraint that is pinned, not just spiked into sugar sand
