Dunedin Marina and Edgewater Drive Waterfront Pavers

Dunedin Marina and Edgewater Drive sit on the harbor side of downtown Dunedin, a short run north of our St. Pete Beach shop. Access is tighter than a mainland Largo driveway. Salt is constant. The water table is not a rumor. Storefront walks, condo courtyards, and a handful of single-family lots all share the same constraint: you cannot stage a dump truck wherever you want.

PaverForge Hardscapes treats Edgewater Drive like the rest of our coastal work, not like a copied inland spec. Call 727-490-9798 or book a walkthrough at paverforge.com/book-online.

Harbor-side base, not a thin skin

We do not glue pavers to a failed slab and call it a rebuild. On the marina we excavate, compact a graded aggregate base, set a bedding layer that can drain, and lock the perimeter so irrigation and storm wash do not walk the edge. Courtyard fields get a pitch to a drain that already works, not to a neighbor's downspout.

Condo boards and shared access matter here. We stage off hours when we have to, keep the work zone tight, and write the scope so the board can approve it without guessing.

Schedule a Dunedin Marina visit

Call 727-490-9798 or book online. Send photos of the field, the harbor edge, and the loading path. We typically reply the same business day. We also serve downtown Dunedin courtyards, Skinner Boulevard, and the Dunedin Causeway approach from the same crew.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
