Eldorado Avenue Clearwater Beach Paver Approaches

Eldorado Avenue is a Clearwater Beach residential street off Mandalay, with short approaches, salt air, and sand that will not hold a plastic edge. A mainland spec fails here in one storm season.

Beach-lot base and edge

We use a compacted crushed base, a salt-rated metal or concrete edge, and pavers rated for vehicle approaches. Bedding sand is screeded only after the base is locked. The field pitches to the street or a designed swale, not toward the house slab.

Gulf Boulevard traffic and rental turnover mean the apron sees more braking than a typical lot. We set an 80 mm field on the drive and keep a lighter walk only where cars never sit.

How to start

Call 727-490-9798 or book online. Photos of the approach, the sidewalk, and any sand washout are enough to start. PaverForge Hardscapes serves Clearwater Beach from the St. Pete Beach shop.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
