Flush Dock Finger-Pier Landing Pads
A finger pier lands in the yard at one small pad. If that pad is loose shell or a couple of pavers on sand, it rocks, holds water, and becomes the trip edge between the dock and the courtyard. PaverForge Hardscapes builds a flush landing so the step from pier to yard stays even.
What the landing includes
The pad is a small structural field, not a decorative sprinkle of pavers. We set it to the pier threshold, keep a joint at the seawall cap so the wall can move, and pitch water off the landing instead of into the yard low spot.
Compacted base sized for foot traffic and a dock cart
Flush joint at the pier, with a defined edge restraint
Separation from the seawall cap so the cap is not the border
Pitch to a drain or the yard, not back toward the house
Where we build them
These landings show up on canal lots in Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and south St. Petersburg. Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. Photos of the pier threshold and the seawall joint are enough to start a quote.
