Granada Terrace Hardscapes South of Coffee Pot Bayou

Granada Terrace sits just south of Coffee Pot Bayou between the Old Northeast and Snell Isle approaches. Streets are narrow. Live oaks lift old concrete. Side yards barely fit a mini-skid. A paver job here is a layout and root problem first, a color problem second.

Roots, pins, and neighbor driveways

We locate property pins before the first cut so the new field does not steal six inches of the next drive. Where a laurel oak or live oak is lifting the walk, we install a root barrier on the house side of the tree, not a saw-cut that kills the root and still leaves a hump. Bedding stays on compacted base. We do not bury a problem under extra sand.

  • Access mats so pallets do not print the lawn

  • Wet-saw cuts with dust control on tight side yards

  • Walk widths that still meet the stoop without a trip at the brick porch

  • Patterns that read from the street on a short, wide lot

If you are on Granada Terrace, 21st Avenue NE, or the blocks that drain toward Coffee Pot, call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. Email lot photos to PaverForge@gmail.com and we will tell you whether the existing concrete is a candidate for removal or a candidate for a clean saw-cut joint at the porch.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
