Greenbrook Estates Largo Paver Driveways
Greenbrook Estates is a Largo neighborhood of mostly single-story houses, lawns, crepe myrtles, and palms. The drives are long enough to show every low spot, and the walks get lifted by roots. PaverForge replaces the failed concrete with a compacted paver section rather than a resurface.
Lawns, roots, and access
These yards are part of the job. We use plywood or mats on the turf the excavator has to cross, and we reset irrigation so the new edge does not bury a head. Root heave on the front walk is handled by bridging or by a slight shift in the walk line. A root barrier is not a cure for a trunk sitting in the walk.
Base is the same Pinellas section we use on other Largo lots: undercut soft sand, geotextile if it pumps, compacted crushed base, bedding sand, 80mm pavers on the drive, pinned edge restraint. The sidewalk apron is matched to the existing city walk.
Patios on the same lot
A rear patio can be added on the same mobilization if the cage or the open slab is failing. Pitch goes to a drain or to the yard, not to the slider. Screen-cage posts that land in the field get a sleeve or a cut-in detail so the post is not trapped in polymeric sand.
