Harbor Landing Paver Patios in Palm Harbor
Harbor Landing is a small Palm Harbor community in north Pinellas, inland of the Ozona and Crystal Beach lots and an easy run from Alderman Road and the Lake Tarpon side of town. Patios and short drives are the usual ask, often next to a screen cage or a modest pool.
North-county sand still pumps if the base is thin. PaverForge undercuts soft spots, lays geotextile where the sugar sand is open, and compacts crushed concrete before any bedding sand is screeded. The patio pitches to a lawn edge or a pop-up emitter, not back toward the slider.
Walks to the side door get the same border language as the patio so the job reads as one field. A lamp-post plinth or a hose bib is collared flush instead of left as a concrete island in the pavers.
Pool-beam isolation joint where the deck meets the cage
Open grade only if the joint is stone, not polymeric, on a permeable field
HOA color sample can be set as a small mock-up before the pallet order
