Highlands of Clearwater Neighborhood Driveways

The Highlands of Clearwater sit inland from the beaches on mixed Pinellas soil — packed sand in one yard, organic pockets in the next, and afternoon storms that find every low joint. PaverForge Hardscapes builds and re-levels interlocking driveways here so the field stays locked after the wet season, not just the week after install.

What we actually see

Typical calls are settled concrete ribbons, plastic edge that kicked out along a live-oak drip line, and throats that pond against the garage after a summer cell. We undercut muck, compact crushed concrete in lifts, and keep a two-percent pitch off the slab toward the street or a designed swale — never toward the house beam.

If the association cares about color and pattern, that goes on one page with the product name, the soldier-course color, and a photo of a sample panel. We will not guess from a phone snapshot of a faded neighbor drive.

Access and closeout

Pallets land on mats. Irrigation heads get flagged before the plate compactor runs. Joint sand is locked before furniture and cars go back. If a corner rocks after the first storm, that is a warranty conversation, not a DIY weekend.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
