Hillcrest Neighborhood Driveways in Clearwater
Hillcrest is a mid-century Clearwater pocket just west of the Missouri Avenue corridor. Lots pinch at the garage, side yards are narrow, and many drives still sit on the original ribbon slab. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds those fronts as interlocking paver fields when the concrete has cracked through or the edge has kicked out after a wet season.
Grade before color
We shoot the garage threshold and the city sidewalk before anyone picks a blend. The finished field gets a one-way pitch or a light crown so water leaves the slab edge. An 80mm unit goes in the vehicle field. Patio-thickness pavers stay off the drive.
Tight-lot access
Dump-truck paths are short. We sequence cuts so one car can still park overnight, protect the neighbor strip with mats, and keep spoil off the swale. If the existing concrete is sound at the city apron, we key the new field to it instead of tearing a working curb cut.
