Historic Roser Park and Bartlett Park Pavers in South St. Pete

Historic Roser Park and Bartlett Park sit just south of downtown St. Petersburg. The houses are older. The lots are tight. Live oaks heave walks. Alleys, not dump-truck paths, decide how material gets in.

PaverForge Hardscapes installs and re-levels pavers here from St. Pete Beach. The spec is the same as a beach job: compacted base, pitch, and an edge that stays put. The staging is not.

What these historic lots need

A wide herringbone field that looked right on a new construction lot can look loud and fail early on a cottage walk. We plan the pattern, the border, and the haul route before anyone digs.

  • Walks and drives sized to the house, not a catalog photo

  • Root-aware excavation so a live oak does not take the field apart in two seasons

  • Side-yard or alley staging instead of blocking a narrow historic street all week

  • Re-level when the existing stone still matches the house

Typical work

Front walks that rock, driveway ribbons that have settled at the sidewalk, and small courtyards off a rear stoop. We also repair brick-look concrete paver fields that were set on sand and never restrained.

How to start a quote

Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 or book online. Send photos of the walk, the tree line, and the alley or side yard. We typically reply the same business day. We also work Historic Kenwood, downtown St. Petersburg, and Childs Park.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
