HOA Work-Hour Windows and Weekend Staging on Pinellas Paver Jobs
A lot of Pinellas HOAs will approve the paver color and still stop the job at 5 p.m., ban Sunday work, or lock the gate if a dump truck sits on the visitor pad. PaverForge Hardscapes treats those rules as part of the schedule, not as a surprise on day two. The base still has to be compacted in lifts. The calendar just gets built around the window the association actually allows.
What we collect before the first pallet
We ask for the architectural letter, the work-hour clause, vendor gate codes, and whether the street is a fire lane. A job that looks like three days on an open lot can take five when trucks can only enter after school drop-off and must be gone before the evening gate change.
Stage pallets on the owner's lot, not on the common visitor strip, unless the manager signs off.
Cut and compact inside the allowed window. Do not leave an open excavation overnight on a fire lane.
Use access mats on common lawn if the only path in crosses HOA turf.
Weekend work is not automatic
Some associations allow Saturday until mid-afternoon and nothing on Sunday. Others ban weekend noise entirely. We will not promise a Saturday pour of polymeric sand if the rules say the saw has to be quiet. If the only legal window is weekday mornings, the quote reflects that extra mobilization.
If your HOA packet is already in hand, send it to PaverForge Hardscapes with lot photos. Call 727-490-9798 or email PaverForge@gmail.com. We will price the paver work and the staging so the job can finish without a violation notice on the door.
