Impala Park Neighborhood Driveways in Clearwater
Impala Park sits in a mid-Clearwater pocket where ranch houses, live oaks, and older concrete drives share tight side yards. PaverForge Hardscapes installs and rebuilds interlocking concrete-paver driveways here without treating the street like a generic Clearwater job.
What the lots actually look like
Many Impala Park drives are 10 to 12 feet wide with a short throat to the city apron. Shade from live oaks keeps the base damp after summer storms, so we undercut organic pockets, place geotextile, and compact crushed-concrete in lifts instead of dumping bedding sand on wet muck.
Where the existing slab is cracked but the grade still works, we still excavate rather than overlay. An overlay on a sunken Clearwater slab just copies the dip into the new field and leaves a trip at the garage.
Drainage and HOA staging
We pitch the field about two percent off the garage slab and toward the street or a side swale, not into the neighbor's carport. Edge restraint is pinned at corners and mid-span so the first summer thunderstorm does not walk the soldier course.
Pallet drops stay on boards in the driveway, not on the St. Augustine. Impala Park streets are quiet; we stage so school-hour traffic and trash day still work. For a measured quote, call 727-490-9798 or book at paverforge.com.
