Kenneth City Estates Neighborhood Driveways

Kenneth City Estates sits just off the 66th Street corridor where mid-century lots meet heavier daily traffic and a mix of HOA and non-HOA streets. Driveways here fail first at the throat, where city sidewalk raises and utility cuts leave a lip that cars slam on every trip in.

PaverForge Hardscapes excavates to a uniform subgrade, proof-rolls the organic pockets common on this ridge, and builds a dense-graded crushed-concrete base in lifts. We set a slight crown on two-car fields so water leaves both sides instead of running under the garage weather seal.

Color-through concrete pavers in a three-pallet blend keep the field from looking blotchy after one pallet runs out. A soldier-course border gives a clean repair band if a future water-main cut hits the throat. Joint sand is swept and compacted before any same-week sod irrigation is turned back on.

Kenneth City Estates driveway details we plan for

  • Throat geometry after a city sidewalk or apron raise

  • HOA work-hour and weekend pallet-drop staging on tight streets

  • Matching existing house-adjacent walks so the stoop does not become a step

  • Oil and tire-mark cleaning before a new sealer if the owner wants a refresh

PaverForge Hardscapes builds Kenneth City Estates driveways from our St. Pete Beach shop. Call 727-490-9798 or write PaverForge@gmail.com to schedule a site visit.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
