Kings Manor Paver Driveways in Largo

Kings Manor sits in central Largo, zip 33764, edged by US 19 and 66th Street North and a few minutes from Ulmerton Road. It is a mix of manufactured-home streets and a handful of single-family houses, close to the malls and to St. Pete-Clearwater International. The hardscape problem is almost always a short, settled drive and a walk that no longer meets the street.

What fails first

Older aprons here were poured thin or set on sand with no real base. Tire paths sink, the street joint opens, and irrigation heads end up proud of the walk. We remove the failed section, undercut muck, and rebuild with a compacted crushed-concrete base deep enough for a daily car, not just a golf cart.

Airport-adjacent staging

Lots are narrow and many streets have no room for a dump trailer to sit all day. We stage on the apron itself, protect the neighbor's turf with mats, and keep the street clear for the evening rush toward Ulmerton. Utility locates cover the reclaimed irrigation main before any saw cut.

Edges the park will accept

Where a park or HOA reviews color, we submit a sample panel photo before install. Borders stay a shade darker so tire scuff disappears. Flush valve boxes and hose-bib collars are set in the field so a mower does not catch them. Call PaverForge at 727-490-9798 to schedule a Kings Manor look.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
