Lake Park Paver Yards near Seminole Lake in Largo
Lake Park is the Largo residential edge that looks toward Seminole Lake, between the Seminole line and the older central-Largo streets. Yards here deal with two problems at once: a settled street drive, and a back patio that holds water after a west-side storm. PaverForge rebuilds both without sending roof or patio water at the neighbor.
Lake-side pitch
A flat patio next to a lake lot looks fine until July. We set a consistent pitch off the house, keep the low edge above the seasonal wet line where we can, and use a pinned edge restraint so the field does not creep toward the bank. Where a french drain or pop-up already exists, we tie the new field to it instead of burying the outlet.
Driveway base on old fill
Street drives in this pocket often sit on mixed fill. We proof-roll, undercut anything that pumps, and place base in lifts. Utility lids stay flush. If a tree root is the heave, we cut and barrier the root zone rather than paving over the bump.
