Largo Gardens Neighborhood Driveways
Largo Gardens is a tight-lot neighborhood east of downtown Largo where drives share property lines, irrigation heads sit in the throat, and there is rarely a side yard wide enough for a skid. PaverForge Hardscapes stages pallets on mats, works inside HOA quiet hours, and still gets a full-depth section under the field instead of an overlay that hides a failed slab.
Base first, then the pattern
We undercut to a uniform plane, place crushed concrete in compacted lifts, and screed ASTM C33 bedding rather than leftover concrete sand. Herringbone takes the turning load at the garage; a darker soldier course hides tire scuffs from East Bay Drive traffic. Utility lids get grade rings so meter readers are not stepping on a rocking paver.
Neighbors, irrigation, and joint lock-up
Same-week sod irrigation will haze fresh polymeric if nobody coordinates the clock. We set a no-vehicle window after joint sand, keep overspray off the field for the cure, and leave a labeled extra-pallet for later face-chip swaps. Tree-root plates along the side lot line get an undercut and a root barrier instead of a cosmetic grind.
