Lealman Estates Neighborhood Driveways
Lealman Estates driveway rebuilds
Lealman Estates sits between 49th Street North and the Park Boulevard corridor. Lots are tighter than a gulf-front parcel, with alley or side-load access on some streets and a sandy profile that washes if the base was never compacted. A driveway that looked fine after a cheap overlay starts to dish at the throat the first summer.
PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds those drives so the field, the sidewalk, and the garage slab work as one plane. We are a local Pinellas crew working from St. Pete Beach, not a drop-and-go installer.
Site conditions we plan for
Sandy undercuts that need geotextile before crushed-concrete base.
A city sidewalk that sits higher than the private field after a grind-and-raise.
Side-load garages that need a turning radius without a lip at the slab.
Utility lids and irrigation boxes that have to finish flush with the new field.
The build
We pull the failed units, undercut organic or loose sand, and compact a crushed-concrete base in lifts. Edge restraint is pinned at corners and at the throat. Joints get polymeric sand after a dry window — not the afternoon a thunderstorm is on the radar. The last course at the sidewalk is cut so the trip edge is gone and the apron still sheds into the gutter.
Tight-lot staging matters on Lealman streets. We drop pallets on the drive, protect the neighbor strip, and keep the sidewalk open.
