Lynbrook Neighborhood Driveways in St. Petersburg

Lynbrook is a mid-town St. Petersburg pocket of modest ranch lots where driveways often share a property line, a live oak, or a narrow parkway strip. PaverForge Hardscapes builds interlocking paver drives here that respect those constraints instead of fighting them with a one-size slab.

Pitch, crown, and the garage lip

A Lynbrook garage slab is rarely the same elevation as the city sidewalk. We string-line and laser the finish surface so the field pitches off the slab and still meets the apron without a trip edge. On longer mid-block lots a slight crown keeps the center from ponding; on a one-way pitch we aim runoff to a side swale, not the neighbor.

Where a live-oak flare sits under the old concrete, we undercut only what the root plate will allow and thicken the section beside it. Cutting a structural root to chase a perfectly flat plane is how those trees fail in the next storm season.

Borders that hide tire scuffs

A darker soldier-course border hides the scuff line from daily parking and gives us a clean place to re-level later without opening the whole field. Units are blended across pallets so a future patch does not read as a different driveway.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
