Magnolia Drive Dunedin Paver Approaches

Magnolia Drive sits in north Dunedin, where sugar sand and older concrete aprons settle under daily traffic. The street is not the same job as Broadway courtyards or the causeway approach.

What we rebuild

Failed aprons come out. We compact base in lifts over geotextile where the sand is loose, then set pavers to the sidewalk grade. A soldier course at the gutter can be reset if the city later adjusts the curb.

Shade from oaks holds moisture, so we do not seal the same day as install. Joints are filled after the field is clean and dry. Irrigation heads at the apron get a flush collar so they are not buried.

How to start

Call 727-490-9798. Photos of the apron and the sidewalk joint start the quote. PaverForge Hardscapes serves Magnolia Drive and the rest of Dunedin from the St. Pete Beach shop.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
