Marlborough Neighborhood Driveways in West-Central St. Petersburg
Marlborough is a west-central St. Petersburg pocket between 34th Street North and the Tyrone edge. Lots are short. Live oaks sit on the property line. Many original slabs were poured thin and now pond at the garage lip.
What the driveway has to do
We measure the garage-slab lip first, then set an 80mm interlocking field on a proof-rolled crushed-concrete base. Pitch is two percent off the slab toward the street or a designed swale — never toward the house. Soldier-course edges get pinned restraint so the oak drip line cannot walk the field.
Staging on a 40-foot lot
Pallets sit on mats. Utility locates happen before excavation because irrigation laterals and older sanitary lines are common. Call 727-490-9798 or book at paverforge.com/book-online with photos of the slab lip and the street frontage.
